pinentry-mac does not build under Sonoma

I just upgraded to macOS Sonoma and now I can't build port "texlive" because it required "pinentry-mac" and its installing fails unfortunately.

It looks like you need to launch Xcode, or somehow update CoreSimulator.

This looks similar to #68262
