Xcode and Command line tools are installed

Happening on MacOS 14

Macports is not recognising that Xcode is installed when it actually is installed. I upgraded to MacOS 14 last night and reinstalled MacPorts this morning. Java 11 built okay, but Java 17 does not due to Xcode issue.

Did an uninstall and reinstall of Xcode. Appears to have fixed issue. Please close this ticket.
