This is affecting the update of several sub-ports listed below, but the first in the tree is qt5-qtserialbus

The distfile for that port had not been mirrored yet because the build system has been busy all day with other port updates that were scheduled earlier. The file was mirrored about an hour ago and should now be available:

MacPorts should also have tried to download the file from its upstream location. You didn't mention your OS version or attach the main.log file that would have told us, but older macOS versions may not be able to download from upstream locations due to TLS limitations.
