qt6-qtwebengine @6.4.3: fails to destroot on migration

Reported by: davehiggins1 Owned by:
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.8.1
Keywords: Cc: MarcusCalhoun-Lopez (Marcus Calhoun-Lopez)
Port: qt6-qtwebengine

Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))

On running

sudo ./bin/restore_ports.tcl myports.txt

as per wiki:Migration following upgrade to MacOs Sonoma 14.0 (23A344), qt6-qtwebengine fails with:

--->  Staging qt6-qtwebengine into destroot
Error: Failed to destroot qt6-qtwebengine: xinstall: Unable to create new file for: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_aqua_qt6/qt6-qtwebengine/work/destroot/opt/local/libexec/qt6/lib/QtWebEngineCore.framework/Resources
Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_aqua_qt6/qt6-qtwebengine/main.log for details.

This was not fixed with

sudo port clean

This was corrected by first running:

sudo mkdir -p /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_aqua_qt6/qt6-qtwebengine/work/destroot/opt/local/libexec/qt6/lib/QtWebEngineCore.framework/Resources

and then re-running

sudo ./bin/restore_ports.tcl myports.txt
