Description
Heroku has a new CLI and the ruby gems have been deprecated. https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-cli
A new port should probably be made with npm since it seems like all the other install methods try to automatically update themselves.
See also #49817 which is probably impossible to do now since all the gems have been yanked.
