​https://ports.macports.org/port/gcc-devel/builds/ says failed install-dependencies for all recent builds, rather than failed install-port; apparently this is due to libgcc-devel failing. So unless this ticket is an intentional placeholder for gcc-devel, maybe it should instead be about libgcc-devel.
