libunistring does not install .pc file for pkg-config

Description
libunistring does not install .pc file for pkg-config. I confirmed this by looking thru all the files that were installed using 'port contents libunistring'. I ask that a libunistring.pc file installed in the folder pointed to by $PKG_CONFIG_PATH.

Not our bug. Convince upstream to provide a .pc file. When they do that and release a new version containing that fix, we'll update to it.
