gv 3.7.4 on apple M2 fails to display ps files

Description
when opening a ps file, a window opens, but the mouse shows the clock timer indicating it is still loading, but this never goes away and only whitespace is displayed.
seems to be unique to apple silicon b/c I have an older intel machine running same OS (ventura 13.6.3) and no problems there.

I don't have an Apple Silicon machine to test on. But all we do at MacPorts is make it easy to install software developed by other people. If the software doesn't work, it's those other people who need to figure out the problem and fix it. You can report the problem to the developers of gv here: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=gv
