ldid-procursus: is there a reason to restrict it to Darwin 18+ when it builds fine on earlier systems?

Commit [07ba8f0c118c8e2c3ecaf28fb56317171c1f3621/macports-ports] apparently sets arbitrary platform restriction.
There are no tests in the port, but it for sure builds fine even on 10.6 with no tweaks.

and looks like it is related to codesigning, so thought not be relevant for older systems anyway
