Description
I am using macOS 10.11.6 El Capitan
The system tar is too old to extract the distribution file. Here is the error:
tar: Ignoring malformed pax extended attribute tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.

This is like #67905 and #68047. Please report it to the developers to they can repackage their software in such a way that it does not have this problem.
