Description
Fails to build like this if swig-python is not installed:
building '_swiginac' extension swigging swiginac.i to swiginac_wrap.cpp swig -python -c++ -o swiginac_wrap.cpp swiginac.i :3: Error: Unable to find 'python.swg'
