FlexiBLAS install config files in /etc/opt/local instead of /opt/local/etc
You can see this using port contents flexiblas

yes, it is an error.
I think it has to do with the build using CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_SYSCONFDIR but didn’t yet sort out the elegant fix
