Description
In [f1de2b6679e61a83439e16b88e720366808c15ad/macports-base] a --no-test
option was added to port deps
and port rdeps
. It's not documented in port(1) nor in port-rdeps(1). The latter manpage says:
port deps lists all dependencies of the given port(s), i.e., the ports that need to be installed to build or use a port.
port rdeps recursively descends into the dependencies and displays a tree of dependencies for a given port.
There is no suggestion here that test dependencies would be included and it's unexpected that they are.
The --no-test
option is not documented in this manpage, nor is it documented in the port deps section of the Guide. The Guide doesn't document port rdeps
at all.
