This port is ancient and only works on PowerPC Macs. See #12111. At that time, an error message was added for Intel Macs only; there were no Apple Silicon Macs. These days, we would not manually set an error message; we would use supported_archs ppc
(or supported_archs ppc ppc64
if it also supports 64-bit PowerPC). Or if you know of a newer version of this software that works on Intel and/or Apple Silicon Macs let us know and we can try to update to it.

Pretty sure there's no newer version available. I think we might as well delete the port since it doesn't work on anything remotely recent.
