Description
My attempt to upgrade c-ares 1.28.0_1 to c-ares 1.30.0_1 from source fails with an error on build. I run macports 2.9.3 on Mac OS 10.13.6. The log file is attached.

Log says:

This is the issue that updating to 1.31.0 should resolve.
