Description

I use ngspice and I always have to make it work for me, so I might as well make it work for others as well. I've recently added the updated build to the repo for spice-43 for consideration.

Sure, you can submit a pull request with whatever changes you want to make to the port, and add yourself to the Portfile's maintainers option at the same time.
