Announcement: https://ioc.exchange/@rsalz/112827832332285493
At the moment, this is mostly just a slightly modified Portfile from devel/openssl3
I haven't bothered with all of the dylib stuff that facilitates MacPorts' making use of interchangeable TLS libraries yet because that is going to be a lot more effort, and I figure having a Trac issue opened so neverpanic et al can take a gander sooner than later is going to be worthwhile since we still have open issues mentioning boringssl, which hasn't existed in MacPorts for a while AFAIK.

I am not interested in maintaining yet another OpenSSL fork just for the people that for some reason have a crave for QUIC. From what I can see, mostly large companies are interested in QUIC, but I'm not.
a preliminary WIP Portfile for QuicTLS (a fork from OpenSSL that is apparently "enabling" QUIC, even though AFAIK, OpenSSL, LibreSSL et al already do that)
