kdelibs4 @4.14.3_111 does not compile on MacOS Sonoma 14.5

Description

simply I cannot install any KDE application because of the port package kdelibs4 does not compile. i attached the build logs. I tried every trick out there to get it compiled, and failed

I haven't seen any logs here yet but all users who try to install kdelibs4 will currently experience #68452.

I attached a compilation log dated 28th july 2024. named kdelibs4_main_log.zip​ (134.0 KB). hopefully someone solves the issue.

If you really have need of a KDE application, you might consider installing:

  1. UTM (2 minutes)
  2. Debian 12 (< 10 minutes)
  3. KDE Plasma with Wayland (5 minutes)

Then you have a state of the art KDE setup that can run pretty much everything currently out there. I'm running it now.

Even if someone fixes the error with raptor2, KDE from MacPorts is really really old and updating it is a very big project that seems unlikely to ever happen at this point.
