Issue: 

% port info wget2
wget2 @2.1.0_1 (net, www)

 % sudo port install wget2

Error: Can't install openssl because conflicting ports are active: libressl

% port list libressl
libressl                       @3.9.2          security/libressl

libressl is a dependancy of installed ldns port.

wget2 does not depend on openssl. Maybe one of wget2's dependencies does.
