:info:build A required plugin failed to load. Please ensure system content is up-to-date — try running 'xcodebuild -runFirstLaunch'.Have you tried running the suggested command? I would also recommend you install the Xcode Command Line Tools again now that we know how to fix them.
Running xcodebuild -runFirstLaunch
and then attempting to reinstall the port worked! Thank you so much!

Have you tried running the suggested command? I would also recommend you install the Xcode Command Line Tools again now that we know how to fix them.
