gmp @6.3.0_0+arm64: Failed to configure on Sequoia

I recently updated to Sequoia and attempted to migrate MacPorts to it with sudo port migrate. Along this process, a handful of packages failed including gmp.

I found another ticket that suggested I delete Command Line Tools with sudo rm -fr /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools and reinstall it first before attempting any more builds. This seems to have allowed gmp to build successfully.
