gnuradio: update to current version

The gnuradio port version is pretty outdated at this point and is lacking support for MacOS Sequoia. Recommend updating this port to the latest release on main of the github repository for gnuradio.

The output you've quoted shows boost171 failing to build, which is probably #70795. This ticket can be just about updating gnuradio.
