port install rrdtool Unable to execute port: couldn't change working directory to "/Users/curtis/darwinports/dports/www/cgilib": no such file or directory

there IS a port 'cgilib' - I suppose your ports aren't up to date!

The port works fine for me. Are you running DP 1.2? Type "port version" to see. Do a "port selfupdate" if you haven't already to make sure you have the latest version and ports and please try again. Have you modified your ${prefix}/etc/ports/sources.conf file? If so, remove any "files" line you may have entered so that this is all that remains (as a test) and try to install the port again.
