Looks like this needs some more dependencies; when it starts out:
- ERROR: Prerequisite Exception::Class isn't installed
- ERROR: Prerequisite Params::Validate isn't installed
- ERROR: Prerequisite Class::Container isn't installed
- ERROR: Prerequisite Apache::Test isn't installed
