Description
trac-admin from the Trac project fails because the py-sqlite bindings are incompatible with sqlite in the 3.3.3 version as documented here:
An upgrade to 2.0.7 of py-sqlite should do it. I will try to create a patch.

Caveat emptor!
There seems to be an issue with building pysqlite with non-bleeding-edge setuptools:

I'm giving up to patch it.

py-sqlite is at 2.0.7 & sqlite3 at 3.3.4 - everything builds fine
