#762 closed defect (worksforme)
port install does not work because of destroot.destdir statement in Portfile

Description
I just checked out the cvs tree and when after installation I type:
sudo port install ispell Password: Unable to open port: invalid command name "destroot.destdir"
I looked at the Portfile and the mailing list and guessed that destroot.destdir should be destroot.var . After changing it it seems to work, but I am guessing here and don't realy know what I am doing.... .

You may have an older version of the system, I just build it and I did not have any problems.
