The changelog for 1.08 says it added support for Apache 2.2. But now mod_fcgid is at 1.10 and includes some OS X specific fixes. Can you or the reporter of bug 9672 test that and submit it? Perhaps now no patches are necessary?

I can't build this update. I get the same errors as reported in bug 7934. There are too many bugs open on mod_fcgid to track easily so I'm closing this as a duplicate of 7934. We need to quash the bug in the process of updating this.
