The portfile is valid. It just refers to HEAD code.
Well, the problem is the same: When I do a portindex, I get:
Total number of ports parsed: 3289 Ports successfully parsed: 3288 Ports failed: 1
because I do not use HEAD code.

Summary: | BUG: avr-binutils invalid Portfile → BUG: port 1.211 can't install ports with feature livecheck.regex from HEAD |
I'm reopening since there is a bug: a port can't be installed. If the bug is not in avr-binutils, then it is in the port command itself.
