Description
netinet-headers directly replaces -- without checking -- various headers that were missing from /usr/include/netinet in early releases of Jaguar. Can this be safely placed in the /opt/local tree instead? Also it may be beneficial to note that the fixed headers are available in the December 2002 developer tools.

I agree, and here is the cleaned up port file that installs in ${prefix} instead of /usr and updated the version to 1.0.2
