Description
This portfile builds the full-fledged Io language runtime (IoVM, IoServer, and IoDesktop) including support for database access, OpenGL, and more.

what about the 'iovm' port? Does it conflict, made superfluous by this port or could this port be broken into several (io-gl, io-..)?

Good point. It should conflict. The upstream author provides two options; iovm (bare-bones, no external bindings) and iofull, which includes iovm and ioServer, and ioDesktop. The latter includes lots of bindings to external libraries and tools. Iofull provides the same features as iovm, plus more.
I would not bother making individual packages, since they are not provided this way by upstream and are bound to the runtime environment as one executable.
Due to the relatively small user base, removing iovm might be the right choice.

so perhaps we should nuke 'iovm' and name this one 'io' or 'iovm' instead of 'iofull'?
