Description
Currently, the devel/cvsweb port installs cvsweb.css in /Libary/WebServer/css/. The built-in version of Apache on OS X 10.4 serves files out of /Library/WebServer/Documents/.
The Perl CGIs are installed as runnable by default, so why isn't the associated CSS installed where it can be served up to clients (As /Libary/WebServer/Documents/css/cvsweb.css, that is)?

Made the .css file accessible and cleaned up variants and their naming. Thanks for reporting it.
