You need to update your ports. Use 'sudo port selfupdate' or do a cvs update of your ports tree.
The teTeX port had to remove some files from the distribution because of license problems. You portfile is still trying to fetch the old version, which has been replaced by a file containing a short message explaining what has happened. Because this is a license issue, the original distribution has been removed.
