cant upgrade flac 1.1.4

i try to upgrade flac from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 through a port selfupdate and port upgrade outdated. this is the output:

Still broken - I cannot uninstall as I have ports that depend on flac.

You may force the uninstall.
