Description
This has been happening for over a week. My ISP tried all 5+ of thier outgoing connections from Australia all failed upon entering the isc.org router network in the US.
I have tried several overseas traceroute looking glasses, To no avail all failed at 'r8-pao1.r3.sfo2.isc.org (192.5.4.233)'.
Are there any mirror servers hosted elsewhere?
