smlnj 110.60 fails to fetch sources

smlnj 110.60 fails to fetch as ml-nffi-lib.tgz is nowhere to be found; I already searched for mirrors but to no avail :/

This seems to be true for 110.60, 110.65, 110.64, and 110.63. Switching to 110.62 for now, and notified upstream that they are missing tarballs on their distribution site.
