BUG: glib1 failure with ltmain13 / ltconfig13

When attempting to install the ImageMagick port with variant +gs using MacPorts 1.510, I receive the following error:

Why did you delete the version? It's useful to know that the user was using MacPorts 1.5.1 when the problem occurred.

• The port experiencing the problem is glib1, not ImageMagick.
• This problem has been ​mentioned on the mailing list before. You can work around it by manually acquiring the files ltmain13 and ltconfig13 and placing them in the glib1 distfiles directory.
• The message "Error: No defined site for tag: lt, using master_sites" says to me that something in MacPorts base is broken or was recently changed, because these portfiles have not been changed for some time, and they used to work. They do most certainly define​ a site for the tag lt:

master_sites    ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.2/ \
                opendarwin::lt

Perhaps the opendarwin alias was recently removed from MacPorts because the servers were believed to be offline?

I've collected missing ltmain/ltconfig bugs as #12551. The hopeful resolution is master_sites macports:lt:lt but for now master_sites:yves:lt should do.
