ccache mtree violation

Description
Using MacPorts 1.510, installing ccache (2.4.1) fails with the error:
Error: violation by /opt/local/ccache
Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: mtree violation!
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
Adding "destroot.violate_mtree yes" to the Portfile allows it to install OK, but I'm not sure if that's the best way to fix the problem.
