hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz does not appear to exist on their FTP server anymore.
The port maintainer should contact the software author and request that they keep old versions around for at least a couple weeks after updating to a new version, for the benefit of MacPorts and other packaging systems on other platforms.
The port should be updated to 1.6.6 if possible. If not possible, then the 1.6.5 archive should be placed in the MacPorts repository and the portfile updated to use that.
