Description
Just like php5 supports (or will support, see #14001) Apple Apache with a variant +apache_apple
, the port should support using Apple MySQL (on Mac OS X Server) with a variant +mysql_apple
.
This was initially requested via personal email to Jyrki Wahlstedt and me from Mikel King.

As of Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Server (released 2011), Apple has not included MySQL.
