Description
Unstable versions of libTorrent and rTorrent, now with DHT support (disabled by default; see http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/wiki/RTorrentUsingDHT).

I added both ports in r33609. I made one minor change first to rtorrent-devel to fix the livecheck.
The livecheck is still a bit wonky... The livecheck of rtorrent is wrong because it finds the new development version. And the livecheck of libtorrent-devel is wrong because it finds the older stable version.
