Description
When I made changes to the port heimdal, I broke postgresql
because it had automatically detected it as the krb5 provider.
Attached is a proposed enhancement to create a dependency.
Also included is a Tcl variant.

The recent revision to heimdal (r35247) means it will not be automatically detected
by the configure stage.
This renders moot the proposed change to the krb5 variant.
The proposed Tcl variant is still valid however.
