lcms 1.16 Checksum Failure

Reported by: mrmacman2u@… Owned by: macports-tickets@…
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 1.6.0
Keywords: lcms checksum failure Cc: jmroot (Joshua Root)

Description

I get the following error when I try to install lcms. I have tried installing lcms manually via downloading the source manually and installing, however MacPorts does not recognize that it is installed and as LCMS is a dependancy, the whole install/build fails. I hope this is sufficient information to help.

sudo port -v install lcms

Checksum matches on a freshly-downloaded copy for me. Looks like SourceForge gave you a broken file. Run sudo port clean --all lcms and try again.

That handled the problem, I did not realize the verb '--all' was needed to perform a complete clean. I appreciate your time and effort despite my oversight!

Thanks again!
