The attached patch adds support for all of the db4[1-6] variants.

Summary: UPDATE: redland-1.0.8 → redland: add more BerkeleyDB variants

But +db46 should only be the default variant if the user hasn't already chosen another variant. I'll attach a patch; please let me know if we can commit that as well.

Toby removed the db41, db42, and db43 variants (and ports) in r57612 and the db45 variant (and port) in r57617. I committed what remains of my patch in r63759 and added a db47 variant in r63760.
