I've created a Portfile for rkhunter version 1.4.2.

Note that the installer.sh script needed a large number of edits to work with destroot and the default MacPorts directory structure. The rkhunter.conf.local.sample file fixes most, but not all, of the expected warnings under OS X.

Updated Portfile and rkhunter.conf.local.sample to not hard code ${prefix}.

Also edited rkhunter.conf.local.sample to list files not present in OS X 10.5 and 10.10. These files as well as MacPorts files are now commented out.
