fontforge assumes /Applications/MacPorts instead of using ${applications_dir}

Description
In the fontforge patchfile patch-Makefile.dynamic.in.diff the path /Applications/MacPorts is hardcoded. It should use the variable ${applications_dir} instead.
Since this variable doesn't exist until MacPorts 1.7.0, it should be defined in the portfile if necessary. See the lisaem port for an example of how this can be done.
