Description
As per http://www.nongnu.org/rdiff-backup/index.html rdiff-backup is up to v1.2.5, some of the fixes in 1.2.3 (many) affect me, so I'd appreciate the latest version in macports so I can get my remote backups humming again.

1.2.8 is out now, I've added another patch to bump to this version. The only thing that needs to change is the version number and checksums in the Portfile (I've installed 1.2.8 locally from this portfile and it works fine for me with no other changes).
