more clean up of gtkevemon

Description

gtkevemon has some more clean up that needs performed:

  1. that pre-fetch is not needed unless it was added for a specific reason
  2. the extract phase does not need to be disabled as the fetch.type svn handles it.
  3. the file mkdir in destroot phase are unnecessary
  4. in destroot, xinstall is preferred over file copy
