Have a look at this one: <http://sourceforge.net/projects/elilo/> I'm not sure if they are the same projects

Thanks. They are the same project. Looks like they released version 3.10 in April 2009. Curious, then, that the most recent version mentioned on their homepage is 3.7 Beta from July 2007.
