QEMU PowerPC seems out of date

Description
As far as I can tell, only the qemu-usermode port provides QEMU/PowerPC. However, this port provides QEMU 0.9. Version 0.10.5 has been released. The qemu port is newer but does not provide the PowerPC emulator and does not seem to be maintained.

The qemu-user port is for running usermode software, as opposed to qemu which emulates a whole machine so you can run an operating system. PPC emulation could be added to the qemu port by changing the --target-list configure argument.
