libcryptopp on Snow Leopard

I get an error installing libcryptopp on Snow Leopard.

What even uses this port? I can't find any dependents... would be nice to just remove it, it looks pretty old and crufty.

It's used to compile aMule on Mac OS!!! Please don't remove it! ;-) BTW, I wonder why nobody included this patch too: #19368
